From the natural to the industrial, the Missouri River has been the life blood of the states it flows through.  Many changes have occurred with each passing generation, but the dependence on the Missouri River is still there.  Our actions towards this resource ultimately affect a greater whole.  Like all generations, we have the challenge of understanding our past, present and future connection to it.  With great challenges come even greater opportunities.  Opportunities to connect to the river and through the river for a resilient system that benefits the diversity of all those that depend on it.
