Welcome to the 24th Annual Becker Farms and Consignors Bull Sale

We would like to thank all of our past buyers and bidders for the support and faith in the bulls we have offered over the years. It is and will continue to be our obligation to provide you, our customers, with the best genetics in the breed. As always, we continue to uphold the high standards of pedigree and quality genetics year after year. Cattle herd expansion is on in a big way according to a USDA Cattle Inventory Report released last month.

There is an expansion of cow herds across our country, most notably a 7.3{18648621dc58566f60964eb5074c58f5f97501fe95033d5d25ee4862e704a74a} increase in the number of heifers held back to calve this year. This sector of the beef business is a sign of a much bigger expansion than industry analysts predicted. Cheaper feed & fuel costs, and other factors have encouraged a 1{18648621dc58566f60964eb5074c58f5f97501fe95033d5d25ee4862e704a74a} increase in the overall cow and calf herds according to Purdue University Extension livestock economist Chris Hurt. This is the first annual increase in eight years – and it is likely to last a while.

Now is the time for cattle producers to seek affordable and exceptional genetics to ensure profitability in your cow-calf operation. The bulls offered in this year’s catalog are bred for balance and the predictability needed for continued improvement and performance.

Becker Farms is pleased to partner with M&M Angus Ranch and Hoffman Angus Ranch again this year. We offer you an excellent selection of generations-deep Angus bulls. These bulls are fed a high roughage ration designed for growth and development. All bulls will have been fertility tested.
