Each year, Montana State University-Billings hosts it’s Wine Festival and Cooking Schools in Billings, MT.
And for many of these years, the Montana Beef Council has been one of the major sponsors and this year several culinary beef ambassadors were once again featured.
Charlene Rich is the Executive Director of the Montana Beef Council and joined Russell Nemetz on Montana this Morning.
The presenters during the 2011 “Pasture to Plate” program for the MSU-B Wine Festival and Cooking Schools were Dave Zino, Executive Chef of the NCBA, Kari Underly, Range, Inc, and Marcy Tatarka, Beyond Basil Catering.
Dave Zino and Kari Underly make these presentations every year nationwide in an effort to keep educating consumers about beef’s role in a healthy diet.
