We literally will have busloads showing up in Malta on Thursday when national BLM Director Bob Abbey comes to town to discuss the possibility of national monument designations in our region. That meeting will be at 7 o’clock Thursday evening at the Malta High School. Taylor Brown and Russell Nemetz will both be there.
So far we have heard of one bus that will be leaving from the USDA building in Terry. That is being put together by the Prairie County Grazing District. You can call Sandra there at 635-5868 to reserve your seat.
The North Central Montana Stockgrowers Association has also chartered a bus to take individuals interested in attending. The bus will be leaving the Blaine County Extension office parking lot east of the Courthouse at 5:00 p.m.
