Cascade High School boasts one-of-a-kind agricultural teacher

CASCADE — When it comes to Ag Education, students at Cascade High School are being taught by the best.

Eric Tilleman has been the school's Ag teacher and FFA Advisor for 11 years.

[EasyDNNGallery|750|Width|450|Height|450|position|left|resizecrop|False|lightbox|False|title|False|description|False|redirection|False|LinkText||]Recently, he was named the Montana Association of Agricultural Educators Teacher of the Year and the National Association of Ag Educators Teacher of the Year for region one, which covers 10 western states.

Tilleman says, “It was fun, I mean I've had a lot of fun over the last couple years. From chasing kids around at national FFA conventions, to doing projects here in the shop. Everybody still has all their fingers so we're still good.”

Tilleman's endless hours of community involvement and FFA leadership were big factors in him winning the awards.
