“Top the Market” a live cattle presentation and interactive panel discussion will be presented May 17, 2018 at 6 p.m. at the Torrington Livestock Market in Torrington. The event is sponsored by the Goshen County Farm Bureau Federation Young Farmers & Ranchers Committee and hosted by Torrington Livestock Markets.
Calf and cow order buyers and livestock market auction personnel will discuss their perspective on cattle presentation and marketing strategies. A few of the key impacts to these strategies will also be discussed including: age, weight, type, season of year, market channels, weather and crop influences.
