According to the Billings Gazette, two public workshops have been set up to discuss the proposal.  The first, at the Yogo Inn in Lewistown, begins at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13.  The second will start at 10 a.m. at the Fort Peck Visitor Center on Tuesday, February 14.
