Food Safety Summit

Food Safety Summit will take place at South Dakota State University on Thursday, September 8, 2016 in the Pheasant and Crest Rooms (SSU Room 253) of the Student Union. Speakers will be from FSIS, SDSU faculty, and industry. Tentative topics will include: regulatory requirements for retail exempt operations, the use of Pathogen Modeling Programs in HACCP deviations, Lm in response to positives in RTE operations, and allergen controls in food processing environments with a focus from the scientific, regulatory, and industry viewpoint.
