SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 1, 2017) – Not to many years ago, the words Silicon Valley and Agriculture may have been considered an oxymoron. That's not the case anymore because of the technological revolution that is happening in Agriculture.
During the Bayer AgVocacy Forum, a session titled “Funding the Next Agricultural Food Revolution” was held and it brought together several leaders who are also innovators in the high tech industry of computers and molecular biology that are working together with farmers and ranchers to raise the food and fiber that feeds the world.
Ben Chostner is vice president of business development for Blue River Technology in California. And the Northern Ag Network's Russell Nemetz spoke with him at the Bayer AgVocacy Forum.
