HOW TO: Rescue 2 Goats on 60-Foot Bridge

by

Two goats found themselves a bit out of their comfort level this week as both stood atop a 60-foot bridge between Billings and Roundup.  According to an article from the Billings Gazette, one of the rescuers hypothesized that the goats wandered onto the bridge in the night and were a bit hesitant to move too far after daylight broke.

The Gazette story goes on to tell that the ledge the animals are standing on is roughly 6-inches wide and is slanted.  The Rimrock Humane Society, Signal Peak Energy and Animal Edventures all assisted in the rescue.  Rimrock Humane Society is reportedly still looking for the owner(s).
