With warmer temperatures finally arriving across much of our region, it’s time to start thinking about the barbecue season. Especially with one of the biggest grilling times of the year fast approaching, the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
Whether it’s beef, pork, lamb or chicken that you like, selecting your meat of choice is only part of the equation for a successful grilling experience. Another main ingredient is simply choosing the right barbecue grill or smoker itself.
This week Lynn Fox with King’s Ace Hardware in Billings, MT joined Russell Nemetz on television to talk about how to pick the right grill or smoker for this year’s barbecue season.
