The KATQ's NE Montana Farm Expo will be held March 18 and 19th, Doors open 9 am both days, with a banquet Friday night.
Jim Larson from Stillwater County is this years KATQ keynote speaker for the Expo banquet. He is known for his informative and humorous presentations. Jim was a VoAg teacher and FFA advisor in Montana for 25 years, retiring in 2000. He was named Vocational Teacher of the Year for Montana in 1998. Jim worked for Stillwater County for 7 years as a GIS specialist, established the fire mapping protocol and helped put together the E-911 system and reverse 911 for that county. He currently holds the position of Montana Ag Safety Program Coordinator.
