Billings, MT– Up on the hi-line of Northern Montana cowboys and cowgirls converge August 27 for the Phillips County Saddle Club Ranch Rodeo kicking off at 2 p.m.
Ranch rodeos are a whole different animal when it comes to outdoor entertainment–if you're looking for bucket list items to check off head to theRanch Rodeo this weekend.
Don't miss the Calcutta at 1:30 p.m. $5 to get in the gate and kids 12 years old and younger are free.
Teams competein events derived from roping and riding on the ranch:branding, trailer loading, team penning, doctoring and bronc riding.
The first and second place teams from the Malta Ranch Rodeo will compete at the NILERanch Rodeo Finals Saturday, October 15 at 7 p.m. in Billings, Montana.
The NILE is proud to have the Phillips County Saddle Club Ranch Rodeo as one of sanctioning partners because they share the vision of preserving and embracing the Western tradition.
