On the heels of R-CALF USA’s annual convention in Rapid City, the group came out with a press release stating that hay had been declared a pollutant by the EPA. The EPA came out yesterday stating that this was not the case.

R-CALF USA is hosting a press conference now where they are discussing the issue at the very feedlot where it began.
