According to the Association of Equipment Manufacturer's monthly “Flash Report,” the sale of all tractors in the U.S. in January 2018, were up 4{ff5548eb8b7551781742a29b9864cd1703b3791f37ac9790ae42b0c6a6bb7d63} compared to the same month last year.
Agri Marketing magazine reports that for the month, a total of 11,277 tractors were sold which compares to 10,834 sold thru January 2017 representing a 4{ff5548eb8b7551781742a29b9864cd1703b3791f37ac9790ae42b0c6a6bb7d63} increase for the year.
Two-wheel drive smaller tractors (under 40 HP) were up 6{ff5548eb8b7551781742a29b9864cd1703b3791f37ac9790ae42b0c6a6bb7d63} from last year, while 40 & under 100 HP were down 2{ff5548eb8b7551781742a29b9864cd1703b3791f37ac9790ae42b0c6a6bb7d63}. Sales of 2-wheel drive 100+ HP were down 2{ff5548eb8b7551781742a29b9864cd1703b3791f37ac9790ae42b0c6a6bb7d63}, while 4-wheel drive tractors were up 21{ff5548eb8b7551781742a29b9864cd1703b3791f37ac9790ae42b0c6a6bb7d63}.
