The panelists include: Western Dairy board member Chris Kraft; President of Colorado State University Dr. Anthony Frank; President and CEO of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Kelly Brough; President and CEO of the Colorado Legacy Foundation Dr. Helayne Jones; renowned author and nutritionist Dayle Hayes; President and CEO of the Colorado Health Foundation Anne Warhover; and Robert Hammond, Colorado Commissioner of Education.

Your participation is important because one of the greatest challenges of the next generation will be providing nutritious, affordable food to a growing population – all the while using fewer resources. In Colorado a recent survey revealed that more than 23{fd15d42d1b024b97d6d50958be27cc8145b6addb99e015780abccf2984117bb0} of households with children reported food hardship. In the United States there are 49 million people who are considered food insecure. One in five children under the age of 18 don’t have access to enough nutritious food to learn, grow and thrive.
