This year’s prolonged winter and strange spring have left agriculture producers across the region at a loss for words and a loss of progress. The wet winter is turning into a wetter spring for folks in northeastern Montana. Haylie Shipp spoke with Shelley Mills, Valley County Extension Agent, on Monday.
The pickup that was bombing through the water in the video was Gary and Jan Dix. The road they were driving on near Glasgow’s 6th Avenue Bridge had been only crossable by tractors up until this Easter weekend.
