What is Beef’s True Carbon Footprint?

Dr. Jude Capper joined the Northern Ag Network’s Haylie Shipp on KTVQ’s Noon News last Wednesday.  She discussed how improvements in beef production have reduced its carbon footprint and throws a few curve balls when discussing grass fed vs. feedlot beef.
