What is the value of Canadian Horse Meat exports compared to Beef?

In 2013, the average value of Canadian exported horsemeat sales was $5.08 per kilogram. The average value of exported beef last year was $4.46 per kilogram and the average value of pork was $2.69. Canada shipped approximately 1.2 billion kilograms of pork, 271 million kilograms of beef, and 17.7 million kilograms of horse meat.
