Wyoming’s largest agronomic crop is hay production. Hay production ranks 2nd only to beef cattle in terms of total production value in the Cowboy State. The Wyoming Hay & Forage Association was formed in 2016 to support, assist, and promote the high-quality hay produced in Wyoming reach its true markets. And, with the Wyoming state fair coming up in Douglas, the association is helping to organize the premier Wyoming hay show, to promote high-quality hay.
