7th Annual Montana Western’s Colt Challenge and Sale

Head to the Montana Center for Horsemanship in Dillon MT March 31^st and April 1st for the 7^th Annual Montana Western’s Colt Challenge and Sale!

The colt challenge will take place on Friday the 31st showcasing Students competing with their colts on a ranch trail course. Don’t miss your chance to purchase these colts at the sale the next day, April 1st. All sale proceeds are used to provide scholarships to Montana Western Natural Horsemanship students. Part 1– The Challenge March 31, 2023 9:00 a.m. (Hosted at the Montana Center for Horsemanship)

The opportunity to compete in Dillon at Montana Western’s Colt Challenge is a once in a lifetime experience for many of the program’s students. This is an exceptional experiential learning opportunity to start a colt and ready it for competition.

Part 2– The Preview & Sale April 1, 2023 (Hosted at the Montana Center for Horsemanship)

• Preview: 10:00 a.m.
• Lunch: 11:30 a.m.
• Sale: 1:00 p.m.

Montana Western and the community of Dillon is excited to present the annual colt sale. The sale is a fundraiser for the Natural Horsemanship Program at Montana Western, and promotes experiential learning and the ranch and cow horse industry.
